All orders are processed and sent to our printer within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Cutoff time for processing orders the same day is 8pm Central Time here in the US. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped from our printer within 5 business days.

US Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. I offer discounted shipping via USPS and UPS. Cost and delivery time will depend on which option you choose for your order.

Canada Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. I offer discounted shipping via USPS and UPS. Cost and delivery time will depend on which option you choose for your order.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at dream@mythicmurals.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Delays and missing packages

I'm not responsible for shipping delays, or items that are marked delivered and are missing. I will help in any way I can but any issues need to be placed with UPS or the USPS.

Damaged packages during shipping

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at dream@mythicmurals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
